Un-named multi-national businesses that have reported an increase of profits up to twenty times greater than last year are fed up being blamed for food price increases world-wide.
The un-named businesses have consequently appointed a multi-company corporate spokesman to help allay these fears.
"Whilst we may have seen our profits increase by unprecedented levels in the last 12 months, there is no food crisis, it's a myth. Food for fuel is a good thing," said the newly appointed spokesman at a conference outside an Ethiopian bread queue yesterday.
