EU Rapemeal Prices

01/05/13 -- Rapemeal prices on the continent are mixed today. Oil World forecast the global rapeseed crop rising 2.6% to a record 64.1 MMT in 2013.

"Successful winter crop plantings and only limited winterkill losses provide a lot of optimism regarding next season’s rapeseed production in Europe," they say.

Despite that, and lower soymeal values overnight, new crop rapemeal prices are marked higher today. Hmmmm...
