The USDA release their weekly export sales report at 13.30BST. Here's a note of what is expected:
Wheat 50-600,000MT (bit of a wide range there, why don't they just say zero to 1MMT and be done with it?)

Soybeans 300-750,000MT
Soymeal 75-175,000MT
Soyoil 0-10,000MT
